Japan Toyota Recall

A news report says that Toyota is preparing to soon report to the Japanese and U.S. governments its plan to issue a recall over a brake problem with its Prius hybrid. Kyodo News agency reported Monday, Feb. 8 that the company is planning such a move as early as Tuesday in Japan.
